Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM WITA and avoid activities that may disturb the surrounding community.
Outside visitors are permitted until 10:00 PM WITA. Visitors staying beyond this time may be subject to an additional charge depending on the villa's maximum occupancy.
Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of villa property during their stay, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally.
Commercial photography, video shoots, or other professional productions are not permitted without prior approval from MentariPro Bali Villas.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from MentariPro Bali Villas. Booking requests are subject to availability.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the selected villa. Please inform us in advance of any changes to the number of guests.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including guest details and stay dates.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the reservation. Please contact MentariPro Bali Villas for the applicable cancellation policy.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. MentariPro Bali Villas is not responsible for items left unattended within the property.
Guests are responsible for observing appropriate safety precautions when using private or shared swimming pool facilities, especially when accompanied by children.
